And a letter reply by BKJPT/UPU/MOHE

That letter was enlightening
Even though it was no good news...

It was something saying that department abides totally to the rule of no IPTA change or courses change after the courses are assigned. And if the applicant chooses to change IPTA, it will be between the applicant and the IPTA itself and at the IPTA's own discretion.

O those bullshit are in Malay. I just somehow translate it... LOL
There's no good news.
But the content of the letter make me feel that there are changes doing what I'm doing now successfully, depending on how the IPTA feels...
And at least they replied... proven that they(government departments) are not that bad after all...
At least my letter are not IGNORED just like that...

Now I really pray hard that miracle can really happen...
